Botanical Description

Stems usually about 30cm high, but can be less or much more. Flowers up to 2.5cm long and wide, blue or occasionally white in loose umbels. California and Oregon, in open woodland and chaparral below 1400m. A hybrid with T. peduncularis, T. X tubergenii is very like T. laxa but is more vigorous with lilac-blue flowers in large umbels.
