ex Hook. & Arn. Rhizomatous and bushy when self-supporting, up to 50cm high. Upper leaves composed of two to four pairs of lanceolate, firm-pointed leaflets. Flowers violet-blue of good size, in racemes of three to many. Chile, in the central cordillera, probably around 2000m.
