Botanical Description

with decumbent, densely woolly stems, 15-30cm long. Leaves oblong, crenate, often yellow-hairy, 4-13mm long, sometimes in axillary clusters (fascicles). Flowers red or white, 1cm long or more, in short head-like spikes, summer. Spain, except the north, in dry habitats.
