Botanical Description

Small clump-forming with sturdy erect stems 15-30cm tall. Most leaves basal, 12-25cm long, bipinnatifid, with numerous linear grey-green to rich green segments arranged in a three dimensional fashion, feathery. Flowerheads 8-15mm wide, yellow, in dense corymbs of ten or more. South-western China to Pakistan, on open slopes up to 4300m.
