Botanical Description

Rosettes to 2.5cm across, offsets on short stolons soon building up tight hummocks. Leaves obovate, incurved, green to bronze, becoming red in winter, with long, curved ciliae. Flowering stems stout, closely leafy, to 12cm high.

Flowers with nine to eleven reddish-pink petals. Spain; Sierra Nevada.
