Annual to about 13cm high, branching from the base. Leaves lanceolateelliptic or oblong, to 1.5cm long, withering as the fruits mature. Flowers yellow, 6mm wide, almost sessile in leafy cymes. U.S.A.; Missouri to Texas in the Ozarks and plains.
