spreading by underground stolons. Rosettes lax, almost sessile. Leaves dull green, flat, elongate-spathulate 15 by 6mm with papillose rounded tips. Inflorescences 8cm tall, three to six branched. Flowers yellow, about 1cm across, five or six-petalled. U.S.A.; Oregon, Washington and Idaho on basalt or limestone formations.
