Botanical Description

perennial or subshrub, 20-40cm tall, sometimes to 60cm Leaves bior semi-tripinnatisect, the glaucous leaflets narrowly oblong-lanceolate to obovate, up to 6mm wide. Inflorescence loose, glabrous or bearing a few glands. Flowers with oblong, ciliate petals, summer. Southern Europe and possibly Turkey, to Arabia and Somalia, on limestone slopes and field margins. Allied to R. graveolens.
