Botanical Description

Similar to the better known P. scheuchzeri but leaves bright green and thin-textured, the basal ones usually withered at flowering time, the stem ones often having long, incurving teeth. Mountains of south-western Europe, east to one station in the Apennines, in rocky limestone areas.
