Botanical Description

Stems 10-25cm tall. Leaves entire, 2.5-6cm long. Inflorescence of one to three dense verticillasters. Flowers deep blue or occasionally ochroleucous, 9-12mm long, narrow. Very similar to P. procerus var. tolmiei, but glandular-hairy in the inflorescence. Open slopes and flats at moderate elevations in the mountains of Chelan and Okanogan counties. Washington. Unknown in cultivation.
