Botanical Description

Tufted perennial with erect to decumbent stems, 10-30cm

or more in length. Leaves l-4cm long, oblong to oblanceolate or linear, auriculate with marginal amber glands. Flowers 2-3.5cm in diameter, in small terminal cymes, summer. Northern Turkey, Caucasus, in light woodland, or among volcanic rocks in the mountains.
