Botanical Description

in height, puberulent. Basal leaves two, filiform and channelled, longer. Stem leaves lanceolatespathulate, shorter, acuminate, glabrous or ciliate.

Flowers one to three, yellow, up to 3cm across, the tepals narrowly oblong. Balkan peninsula and Aegean islands, to Turkey, Cyprus and North Africa.
