Leaves plain green. Flowers solitary (rarely up to three), fairly small, white with a yellow throat. Auricles and globular basal processes well developed. Stigma entire to very slightly trifid. Anthers yellow. Southern Oregon and northern California, in woodland glades and openings at 1520-1820m.
