Leaves mottled, slightly crisped on margins. Tepals white to cream or very pale yellow with a deep yellow or orange throat, bearing small median and lateral auricles at the base. Style white, clavate, entire and without lobes. Anthers white. Northern California and southern Oregon in the Siskiyou mountains on woodland and scrubby slopes at 600-1060m. [Pl.173]
