Botanical Description

well branched and more or less erect, eventually to 1m in height. (In exposed situations in the wild often prostrate). Leaves ovate, 2-6mm long, often slightly keeled, blunt-pointed. Flowers white, about 4mm long by 6mm wide, summer. Tasmania and Victoria, on mountains above 1000m. For E.s, var. squarrosa, see next entry.
