Botanical Description

Similar to D. jeffreyi, but always heavily glandular-pubescent, the leaves somewhat shorter. Flowers always five-petalled, the tubes entirely yellow, the stamens with short, rugose, black filaments. California to Nevada and Utah, in moist habitats at 2450-3450m.
