Authors:
Stem 3 0-60cm high with five to ten, elliptic to lanceolate leaves. Flowers in racemes of three to ten, the lip to 2cm long, oblongoid, white to pinkish, spotted brown, sepals and petals yellow green. Northern California and southern Oregon in mixed evergreen forest and wet rocky hillsides below 1700m.
