Tufted to small clump-forming, usually 10cm in height. Leaves rosetted, lanceolate to spathulate, thick-textured. Flowers to 1.5cm long, white to cream, in slender racemes, summer. Wyoming and Colorado, on gravelly slopes at alpine levels.
