Botanical Description

Leaves densely clumped, 12-20cm in length, the blade about half this, narrowly ovate in outline, tripinnatifid, transparent scaly beneath on densely pale scaly-hairy stalks. Rocky Mountains from Colorado to Texas and Arizona, in rock crevices and at the foot of dry cliffs.
