with unbranched stems 20-40cm high. Basal leaves rosetted, lyrate, the large terminal leadet ovate, silky hairy, hirsute or tomentose. Flowers tubular, bell-shaped, 8-10mm long, blue to violet-blue, summer. Southern Greece, on limestone. C.t. subsp. cordifolia has grey-green cordate or somewhat lyrate leaves and flowers up to 1.5cm or more long. Subsp. delphica is similar with silky-grey hairs and flowers 1-1.2cm long. Delphi area only.
