Botanical Description

Height 20-40cm. Stem slender, erect or more often decumbent, flexuous. Flowers one to four, erect, white or more often pink, with a transverse yellow band at the glands and a purple spot at the dp, the sepals with similar markings. Glands not depressed, circular and densely hairy. Deserts of southern Nevada and neighbouring areas of California and Colorado.
