Botanical Description

Height 20-40cm. Stem usually branched above, flexuous or zig-zag with bulbils near the base. Flowers large, erect, white or lilac with a purple spot around the glands and at the base of the sepals, naked except for a few hairs near the base of the petals. Glands not depressed, densely covered with long hairs. Southern California on open slopes.
